At Adlers Bio-Energy Limited, environmental sustainability is at the core of our operations. Our facility, strategically located at Latitude 18°26’22.58″N and Longitude 76°09’22.97″E in Village Gaurgaon, Taluka Kallamb, District Osmanabad, adheres strictly to national and state-level environmental regulations. Through a structured Environment Management Plan (EMP), we ensure proactive environmental stewardship across all operational domains:

Air Environment

We prioritize air quality control through regular ambient air monitoring and documentation of raw material and product storage practices, deployment of an advanced Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) system attached to a 45-meter stack to minimize particulate emissions and maintain clean air standards.

Green Belt Development

In line with MoEF&Cc guidelines, we have developed a robust green belt over 6.27 hectares, which constitutes 33% of our total land area (19.0 ha), planted a wide variety of indigenous plant species to enhance local biodiversity and provide natural environmental buffering, installed drip irrigation systems to ensure water-efficient maintenance of the green belt.

Water Environment

Our approach to water conservation and treatment includes a dedicated Condensate Polishing Unit (CPU) with a 650 CMD capacity to treat and reuse industrial effluents, a 25 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to treat domestic wastewater, ensuring minimal discharge and optimal reuse.

Noise Environment

To safeguard occupational health, ear muffs and ear plugs are provided to personnel working in high-noise areas such as the boiler house, distillation unit, MEE, feed pumps, steam generation plant, and turbo generator section, periodic noise level assessments are conducted to comply with industry safety standards.

Solid Waste Management

We implement a stringent solid waste management protocol in which waste from ll solid waste is systematically segregated, handled, and disposed of in accordance with applicable industrial waste management regulations and sustainability principles.
